Visitor Terms & Conditions
Official e-tickets are valid exclusively on the scheduled WIB visit date. Regular Tickets grant entry only at Batu Lawang Gate, whereas hiking through the Gunung Bendera Trailhead requires Tiket Putih (White Ticket).
1. General Rules & Area Code of Conduct
Batu Lawang and Gunung Bendera nature reserve operates daily from 06:00 to 17:00 WIB. Visitors must uphold Leave No Trace environmental ethics (carry all trash back), refrain from unauthorized campfires, and preserve the ancient andesite rock cliffs.
2. Ticketing & Gate Admission Policy
Regular Tickets are valid only for the Batu Lawang cliff area. Tiket Putih is valid for both destinations (Batu Lawang & Gunung Bendera hiking trail). Regular Ticket holders attempting summit entry will be rejected at the Gunung Bendera trailhead scanner and must obtain a Tiket Putih.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Refund requests can only be submitted through the purchaser account prior to the 24-hour cutoff before the visit date (WIB). Tickets with any gate scan record cannot be refunded. Approved refunds are processed following managerial verification.
Refund requests may only be submitted for active tickets at least the required minimum hours prior to the visit date; daily quota is released once approved by an Operations Admin.
4. Safety & Force Majeure
Management reserves the right to temporarily suspend trail access or viewpoints during extreme weather, torrential rain, landslide hazards, or civil emergency advisories. Tickets booked for dates affected by emergency closures may be rescheduled without additional fees.
